Beyond Dreams Entertainment Private Limited is one of the most successful content companies in India. Founded in 2007 by media veterans Yash Patnaik and Mamta Patnaik, the company has produced over 12,000 hours of top rated original content for all leading broadcasters and OTT players in India. Content produced by Beyond Dreams has been entertaining audiences on Disney-Hotstar, Sony Liv, Voot, MX Player, Star Plus, Colors, Sony, Pogo, Cartoon Network, and a plethora of national and regional platforms for years. The company operates its business under three subsidiaries - Inspire Films, Proto Entertainment, and Influence Beyond. The company is currently producing six originals. In the last decade and a half, Beyond Dreams has introduced hundreds of writers, directors, and artists and groomed them to be among the best in the business.
Challenges
All Rights promises to empower the creative fraternity by introducing a one-of-a-kind platform to register, showcase, negotiate, and license IPs to studios, broadcasters, OTT platforms, aggregators, and syndicators.
Beyond Dreams wants to develop a web app & mobile platform (using cutting-edge technology) with scalable, reliable, secure, interoperable, resilient, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions.
Solution
- Ankercloud helped build a scalable SaaS platform for Beyond Dreams using Node.js for the backend API and React.js for the front end, and deployed it on an EKS.
- It has a backend dashboard that could be used for all administrative tasks for the marketplace.
- The mobile application was developed using Flutter cross-platform technology.
